At the head of an interdisciplinary, customer-focused team, you will ensure smooth customer-to-company interactions and guarantee that all contractual obligations are fully met. Your main focus will be the successful delivery of orders on International Aftermarket accounts ranging from $50 - $80 million. You will keep abreast of all project developments to provide regular status updates. Plus, you will diligently resolve potential problems before they become detrimental, strengthening the groundwork for continued sales in the future.
This Customer Service Manager Has:
A BA/BS in a Business or Technical Discipline
4+ years in a Leadership Role
Experience with ITAR and Appropriate Procedures
Experience Working with International Clients
8+ years with Aerospace Aftermarket/MR&O Environments
