The Kenjya Group, Inc. is seeking a candidate with an engineering and program management background to support the NSA/IAD.  The candidate must possess knowledge of IAD and SID, and knowledge of CYBERCOM is beneficial but not required.  The candidate will be responsible for looking across IAD and identifying duplication of effort and baseline existing capabilities.  The candidate will assist I3 build a program plan and assist in transitioning capabilities from development to operations and external organizations.

Professional Experience:
Eight (8) or more years combined experience in the application of theories and principles related to operations research and decision analysis, current decision analysis support tools, and able to prepare thorough and comprehensive statistical analysis reports.

Clearance Requirement:
Top Secret/SCI with polygraph
