My client has a strong and well-established practice in Beijing. The team has extensive experience of advising China law for domestic and international clients.

They are now inviting senior lawyers' interest for one opening in their Beijing office. This Senior Associate will work alongside managing partners of the corporate group advising on general corporate and corporate finance matters.

Individuals who are interested in applying should be PRC admitted and has been practising PRC law for at least 6 years. The top end of the PQE is around 9 years. With significant experience in M&A, FDI, JV, tax, employment and other general corporate areas, candidates must be able to coach juniors and review their performances in the practice. Experience of PRC capital markets would be an advantage but not essential for this position. Ideally candidates are already working at a senior level within a leading domestic/or international firm. Fluent English is essential.
