Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (closed)

Reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales, This dynamic Sales professional will be devoted to be the one stop liaison between hotels and clients. You will be proactively developing and driving client interaction and providing support to our hotels by acquiring new clients through extensive outbound sales while maintaining relationships with an existing client base.
You will be required to support the Field Sales Managers to develop and service a portfolio of mid-market accounts and provide excellent client servicing to both the internal customer (hotels) and external customers.
Actively pursue assigned sales leads to convert into bookings
Develop a new and emerging account base through outbound calls and provide qualified leads to field sales
Assist in the dual account strategies with field sales to leverage results from accounts and to maximize client servicing across all channels
Respond / process all sales leads and RFP's generated through the various channels utilizing in-house systems
Meet and surpass daily, weekly and monthly sales goals as specified by management
* Fluent in French and English
* Minimum 2 years hotel related experience (front desk, sales support function)
* Post secondary education or equivalent education and experience.
