Job Description

Moxy is looking for a Java Developer to take the lead on a project with one of our more sought after clients. The Lead System Architect position will work closely with the R&D Manager and other internal customers to understand business goals and solution needs while leading architecture, design and development meetings to ensure product implementation is in accordance with the defined architecture and design plan.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience of architecture and development preferably in a Java environment.
Object oriented design knowledge
SOA architecture knowledge (web services, SOAP vs REST, etc.)
Java in Linux or Solaris with deployment knowledge/strategies
Well versed in design and architectural patterns, AJAX, jQuery, Oracle, XML, SOAP, Groovy, Grails,Hibernate, AMQP or other Enterprise Messaging frameworks and Spring framework
