Hospital seeks an Infection Prevention Officer  to help the hospital provide a sanitary environment to avoid sources and transmission of infections and communicable disease. The Infection Prevention Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with State Licensing , CMS and Joint Commission Infection Prevention Standards. Reports to Director of Quality.   5 years experience as a staff nurse in an acute care facility and working in Infection Prevention in an acute care hospital or healthcare environment.  RN License, BSN and Certification in Infection Prevention (CIC). Previous supervisory experience required.
