Our Client, the Healthcare focused transaction/advisory division of a leading international consultancy, is looking to grow it's team significantly over the coming year.

Part of this strategic growth is cantered on bringing in a new Director of Lifesciences to join the practise.  The successful candidate will lead and develop the Lifesciences work flow for the department and join a world renowned team of healthcare advisory professionals.  Focused on delivering transaction services to the pharma, biotech and medical devices industry, the candidate will inherit several current and high profile transactions and will be expected to find additional opportunities (M&A, disposals, licensing etc) and successfully bring on and manage those engagements.

It is expected the successful candidate will currently be working in a Corporate Finance driven Business Development role in a Lifesciences focused business.  Candidates will have excellent exposure to Non-organic business development within the lifesciences industry, hands on transaction management experience, complimented with an excellent academic background.
