IVR Application Developer--REMOTE possibility with less than 25% travel!! 
We are seeking candidates who have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills and who work effectively on teams. The successful candidate will have experience in the design, build, deployment, and troubleshooting of Self-Service applications. This can be either contract or direct hire opportunity! Job Functions:
This position is for an IVR Developer with experience developing dynamic speech-enabled VXML applications in Java/.Net. 
Candidates must have experience with integrating to back-end host systems via MQ, JDBC, HTTP and Web Services. 
The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and will work closely with business, IT staff and management to deliver voice self-service applications that meet the needs of our business partners. 
Proven ability to work independently; designing, developing and deploying solutions, and to deliver projects on time with minimal direction. 
Experience evaluating and implementing best practices tools and techniques for software development, leading code reviews and coaching/mentoring Java Developers.
