Sales Manager, Security, CCTV, Infrared Detection.

My client is a Market Leading Manufacturer of Infrared Detection Devices and has been so for the last 26 years.  As a specialisit in the production of both Active and Passive infrared sensors for Intruder and Event Driven CCTV applications, they have a product portfolio which caters to every site.

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, the Area Sales Managers (ASM) is responsible for the management of a specific territory made up of distributors, installers, end users and key industry specifiers. Working in a home based environment an ASM needs to be highly self-motivated, disciplined and able to work successfully unsupervised.  Central to the role is the ability to open new doors and business opportunities, to gain appointments that lead to presentations, negotiations and ultimately drive through sales. This is the bases for success in the position.

The ideal candidate for this role will come from a Security Sales background within Intrusion Detection and CCTV Systems Integration with a proven track record of exceeding deliverables.  You will be a strong lead/business developer with a passion for security.

The successful and fortunate candidate will enjoy a £35 – 45K base salary with a lucrative commission structure, uncapped with accelerators based on experience. This is a rewarding role in an employee focused company with opportunities for hard workers and over achievers.
