Area:  LPIA Linux Display Driver ; POC                                                  

Qualification & Experience: BS/MS in CS or EE.  

Skill Set:

Strong C/C++ programming skill
Experience in developing device drivers in mobile platforms. Strong development background with mobile platform is desired with in depth debugging and real time problem solving skills
Understanding of the embedded system/software architecture and development
Understanding of  Smartphone - OS and power management based on Android and Meego; Development experience with Linux/Android kernel
Well versed with version control system like clearcase

Experience with display, camera drivers and other graphics functionalities is a plus
Exposure to imaging processing algorithms, MPEG-4, JPEG encode and decode standards is an advantage

Knowledge of embedded chipset hardware architecture is a plus

Responsibilities:

Job involves developing and porting graphics device drivers and board support packages for Linux/Android. Need strong embedded Linux competency to develop graphics drivers on Linux/Android platforms.
