Kelly Services is seeking a Product Manager to work for a premier Electronics Health Record Solutions Company in Raritan, NJ.

The goal for this position is to lead the ongoing IT development and lifecycle management plans for our clients disease specific electronic health record and a research and reporting tool for the management of people living with HIV/AIDS. The Product Manager PM will function as a liaison between the US based business team and the Belgian based IT development team and external contractors as required. In this role, the PM will help to identify new customer requirements and functions that will help to differentiate our client from other ambulatory EHRs and reporting software. The PM is responsible for creating clear and understandable functional requirement specifications for use by the development team from user requirement specifications developed in conjunction with the business team. The PM is responsible for establishing timelines and budgets and will be held accountable for meeting deadlines established for delivering new user requirements. 

 

Expected Results: Creation of a lifecycle management plan for our client to include timelines, detailed descriptions of new user requirements, and budgets required. Weekly status updates to US Business team and Belgian IT team. Identification of obstacles and bottlenecks. Develop remediation plans to overcome obstacles and bottlenecks. On time delivery of new product user specifications identified in the LCM (Life Cycle Management.)

Through understanding of software development process. Ability to translate user requirements into functional requirements that can be acted upon by software development team. Must possess excellent project management skills and business acumen. Ability to lead others in non-reporting relationships to produce agreed upon deliverables.
