This is my direct client opening for a Director of E-Commerce/Digital Technology located in Plano, Texas. The salary range depends on experience, but it's in the $140K-$200K range plus bonus potential of 20-25% and benefits. My client offers a relocation package for this position.

The Director, Digital Technology is the top eCommerce and mobile technology leader for our client. This role is responsible for anticipating our clients longer term digital needs and execution plans to drive sales, conversion and loyalty for both company and franchise restaurants.

This position requires strong eCommerce experience and must be able to effectively manage business and vendor relationships.

Direct the development strategy, integration and maintenance of all our clients eCommerce and mobile technologies.

Design technological solutions for business initiatives.  This represents a tremendous amount of strategic planning, project leadership and cross-functional leadership and flawless execution. 

Responsible for the eCommerce team supporting our client.  This function manages the technology interface and integration aspects of multiple solutions

Lead career growth, training, and cultural engagement of 10 team members.

Negotiate and drive approval process for contracts or statements of work and manage vendors to resolve issues and implement new technologies. 

Work with and report to PMO on project status and financial detail when required.

EDUCATION:   BA/BS essential; Masters Desirable
