Job Description:
He/she should have at least 3-5 years of industry experience 2 years of experience in ILOG JRules Studio.
Good knowledge of ILOG JRules * Studio, RES, RTS, RSM, BAL, BOM, XOM, J2EE, Web Services, Unit Testing and Debugging rules.
Excellent knowledge of programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions; possesses an excellent understanding of programming languages, development tools, and the current environment.
Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and developing design based on requirements.

Role & Responsibilities :
Understand requirements, design and develop code artifacts
Unit test developed code and ensure that all requirements are covered.
Contribute to design as required.
Participate and contribute to rule analysis when required. Will need the skills to create XOM and BOM (Java & XSD). Will be required to package and deploy rules and troubleshoot environment issues.
Will need to comply with company standards for technical artifacts produced. Will be required to work on Decision Services (custom Web services based on Spring-WS).
