Eden Scott’s global client have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join their existing team.

The ideal candidate will have BI skills but also has very strong .Net / SharePoint / Web development experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Developing and enhancing the existing BI solution to defined best practices to attain our goal of providing a world class Business Intelligence solution to our customers.
Liaising with members of the BI Team, other departments and internal customers to determine requirements and produce technical specifications.
Assuming the role of Technical Lead at project level when required.
Managing and mentoring other team members as required facilitating knowledge exchange within the department.
Providing documentation, training and support to members of the BI Team, other departments and internal customers as required.
Any other duties as determined by the Technical Lead.

Skills:

Extensive development experience with proven success in enterprise level environments
3+ years' experience of the Microsoft BI Technology stack combined with solid Data Warehouse, Data Migration, Database Analysis / Development / Design knowledge
Expert knowledge T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, MDX
3+ years of .Net and Web development at an enterprise level
SharePoint development experience - SP2010 would be an advantage
Excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multi tasking skills
A motivated self starter who is comfortable working within a team but who has the ability to work on an individual basis when required.
