 As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Epicor HCM solution. This includes leading the business analysis process and providing product and implementation expertise to clients in how best to implement and use the HCM system, and managing the project team.  Working with our clients, you will analyze and understand their business requirements, procedures, and complex challenges in order to configure the HCM system.  Your analytical and technical aptitude will be critical in using the HCM configuration tools as you perform the setup activities.  Using your written skills, you will document business requirements and configuration activities and, write technical specifications, and develop proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects of Epicor’s HCM product
• Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person)
• Specification development
• Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
• Identifying and minimizing project risk
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience implementing HR systems (such as EPICOR/SPECTRUM, ADP, Ceridian, Ultimate, Best, Kronos, Nu View, Lawson, PeopleSoft, JDEdwards)
• Exceptional project management skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project and be able to shift with changing priorities
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients
• Ability to effectively train clients
• HR knowledge a plus
• Traveling 30% - 50% depending on project need
