A relevant IT BSC Degree/Diploma
At least 7 years overall IT experience
At least 5 years experience in Java and J2EE design and development

The following Technical experience would be Advantageous

Knowledge of the TIBCO technology stack
Experience in the use of Internet security standards: SSL, Digital certificates (PKI)
Human interface design and usability experience/skills using JSF, Seam, RichFaces, GWT, JSP, AJAX and JavaScript
