Global CRO seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to manage assigned CRAs across the UK. Reporting into the Clinical Operations Director, the Clinical Operations Manager will ensure that efficiencies and resourcing is optimised and that CRAs are fully supported.Due to unprecedented growth of the business, and the phenomenal success of an innovative CRA Training School, a rare and exciting opportunity exists to join the leadership of a dynamic and forward thinking Clinical Management Team. The successful candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Professional, with a proven track record in people management. They will be accountable for ensuring delivery of key projects, to time, quality and budget, through the successful management of a team comprising; Clinical Study Managers; Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Assistants. The Manager,Clinical Operations will be responsible for recruiting, developing and maintaining the professional standard, quality and consistency of their team. Key Responsibilities will include:*Oversee performance and attitude of CRAs*Assist and support CRAs with performance, site and sponsor issues*Track, plan and coordinate co-monitoring visits*Write co-monitoring visit reports and follow up issues*Support in the training of CRAs*Support the Clinical Operations Director in interviewing potential CRAs
