Tasks and Authority

• Marketing & Analysis/Research & Development of Logistics Business
• Sales Support
  • Supporting branches in EMEA to make presentations for new/existing logistics business
  • Supporting branches in EMEA to respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ
  • Providing Logistics (Value-added) Solution
    • IT, Production Process, Finance, Purchasing
    • Applying solutions and know-how to other opportunities
  • Business Design
    • Design and build up new business model for satisfaction of customer needs
    • Making requirement definition document by negotiation with each customer
  • Designing & Customizing WMS usage for each business with Information System Division
  • Operation Design & Maintenance
    • Warehouse Location, Material Handling Machinery, Operation Design and Quality Control
    • On-site support especially for start-up period
    • KPI Setting
  •  Legal and Contract (Risk) Management
    • Support global business in legal and contract issues
  • Overview of Current Logistics Business
    • Gathering Information & Auditing our entire EMEA logistics business
  • Any other activities related to Logistics Business
