Job Description

Our client in London, ON is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be highly professional and have great communication skills in both French and English languages (written and oral).

Duties (may include and not limited to)

  • Remain informed on new company information including new products, product changes and promotions
  • Manage correspondence both through phone, email and fax (in both French and English)
  • Provide pricing information and availability of products
  • Process, adjust orders
  • Make adjustments to orders when required
  • Document call information for future reference
  • Follow-up with customers on all on-going issues
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Problem solve
  • Log complaints
  • Follow policy and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2 year College diploma
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a customer service role
  • Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Organization, prioritization and problem solving skills are a must
  • Knowledge of CRM system, SAP an asset
  • Order processing experience is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
