The individual will support the development of the MDM Data Analytics Tool (DAT). PRIMARY DUTIES: • Conducts business testing of DAT and OBIEE products to verify the data matches the data in the source system. • Updates spreadsheets used to track DAT status. • Ensures accurate and timely reporting of DAT results. • Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with system users. • Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or IT • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, etc.) • Technical Skills: • Individual must be able to create basic SQL queries. • Individual must possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve dashboard and reporting issues, including business application errors, e.g. software and/or configuration defects including user errors. Individual must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written. The ability to demonstrate additional computer skills on analytical applications such as Excel are required. Candidates MUST HAVE the following: (1) Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel. (2) Must be able to write and execute basic SQL queries. (3) Must have good written and verbal skills.
