WSi Healthcare Personnel has been providing qualified medical staff to healthcare facilities in the Rocky Mountain Region for over 24 years. We are currently searching for an account manager to maintain a current book of business, establish new business and continually grow the business unit.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ability to effectively sell and close a deal
* Ability to spend eight hours per day on the phone for business development / recruiting clients and applicants
* Ability to source applicants and clients from all areas
* Ability to meet or exceed established sales goals
* Ability to GENERATE new business by telephonically cold calling
* Must evaluate, qualify, interview and hire all applicants needed for the business unit
* Implement, control and administer client contracts
* Generate and implement new client and applicant marketing ideas
* Attend all off site functions i.e. Job fairs, career days, trade shows, recruiting and networking activities to develop the business unit
* Counsel, coach, create and file written disciplinary action when needed

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma or GED required
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Experience in a medical setting helpful
* Sales experience required

This position is a full-time position. Monday - Friday
