Our client, a prominent UAE business conglomerate who have help shape modern Dubai are looking for a an exceptional Group General Manager with proven experience in the running of large MEP & Interior Fit Out contracting companies.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the MEP, Interior Fit Out and  Electrical manufacturing businesses, its employees and taking overall responsibility for all areas including sales, operations, overseeing the current portfolio of work and winning new business.  You will be responsible for growing  the group businesses effectively and efficiently, including P&L responsibility; be responsible for implementing the company's process and procedures for Safety, Accounting, HR, procurement, quality, planning, cost control etc.; developing and implementing the company's Business Plan and all Business Development activities and ensuring the business operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness and meeting agreed KPIs.

To qualify you will possess a degree in a relevant subject (ideally engineering) coupled with a Masters.  You must have extensive experience of managing  and growing large MEP and Interior contracting companies and ideally have knowledge of manufacturing.  You will have a proven track record of managing companies with several hundred staff, so must have proven leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.  You will be a proven high performer that is capable of a heavy workload and the ability to grow the businesses and take them to the next level.
