Vice President - Relationship Manager, Healthcare Lending

My client is seeking Senior Healthcare Lending Relationship Manager Candidates for expansion in Boston, MA. The position focus is business development, underwriting and ongoing portfolio mananagement.

The portfolio concentration is diverse and includes acute care, long term care, Senior housing (assisted living and CCRC’s) and medical office buildings with some smaller exposure concentrations in the large physician practice space (20+physicians). 

Required Skills & Experience

Qualified candidates will have a degree and completed a major bank formal credit-training program.  Our client is seeking entrepreneurial individuals with strong credit, underwriting and management skills looking to build a solid and profitable portfolio.  This individual should have strong Originations/New Business Development skills with an active healthcare client and referral network in the above mentioned territory.
