Our client is a prestigious US law firm and is currently seeking a high-calibre, experienced legal secretary to come on board and support their IPO team. You will have previous experience supporting Senior Associates and Partner level lawyers; and be familiar with daily secretarial tasks including but not limited to formatting documents and audio-typing. Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both written and spoken are essential for this role.  You will be a pro-active individual with a drive to succeed and support the business in a meticulous manner. The team you will be supporting has recently been set up in HK and therefore relatively small. We need a flexible, team-player that has previous experience supporting a small team in a broad range of IPO matters.
