Desktop Support Analyst
Participate in large scale rollout/replacement of desktop and laptop PCs with new hardware and software. Ensure compliance of PCs with IT standard configurations and procedures. Utilize MS Windows Server administration tools to resolve client issues. Swap out or maintain PC hardware, software, components, or peripherals. Troubleshoot PC operating systems. Utilize software distribution tools and standard PC support tools. Become familiar with specific business unit environments. Limited traveling may be required.
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful). Able to organize and multitask. Self-motivated. Ability to follow established procedures. Excellent communication skills including good grammar, tone of voice and diction. Basic computer and typing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Lotus notes, Access and SAP is preferred.
