Job Description
My client is one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies. We are currently working with them to find a Biostatistician to join their team in France.  They are located approximately 1 hour outside France with good airport connections.
 
You will work within a clinical development team including other statisticians as well as programmers and data managers.  With a strong knowledge of clinical trial statistics you will use SAS to perform in depth statistical analysis of clinical trial data. For applicants with extensive knowledge and expertise you will also be given the opportunity to mentor and guide more junior colleagues.
 
Requirements :
 
- MSc or PhD in Maths, Statistics or similar area.
- Practical expertise in clinical trial statistics gained from either a pharmaeutical company or a CRO/consultancy
- High level of proficiency working with complex statistical models and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SAS
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of an international team.
 
The working language of the group is English and you will be required to attend meetings and group discussions held in this language. French language skills are not required but would be an advantage.
