I am recruiting a Technical Facilities Manager for a large International Service Provider based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

The Technical FM Manager will be “Client base” and responsible to manage a prestigious building. The right candidate will oversee both Hard (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and Soft Services.

Candidates are required to have the following skills / experience:

• Arabic speaker
• Strong Facilities Management experience/background
• Technical Degree
• Budget and P&L responsibility
• Client side experience

Candidate who have  previously managed prestigious buildings would be an advantage

Candidates MUST be Saudi National and willing to work or relocate to Riyadh.
