My client has a strong presence in the Dallas marketing in a specialized industry niche and is poised to maximize their relationships with their client base by expanding their services to provide temporary and direct hire placement for administrative and accounting support staff in the Metroplex.

They are seeking an outgoing, energetic individual to grow this new venture.   As Branch Manager you will be tasked with business development and customer relationship management responsibilities, while working to create sound relationships with new customers.  You will be tasked with managing an existing team to support your sales efforts.  You will be provided with vast resources and support to ensure your success.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: 

• 3-5 years (minimum) of Staffing & Recruiting industry experience
• A demonstrated successful track record in sales and account management
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to manage and motivate others
