Senior .Net developer who has mastered the use of SharePoint 2007 and 2010. The Senior SharePoint Developer will be PEMCO's resident SharePoint expert and part of the eCommerce team responsible for introducing SharePoint 2010 .

The right candidate will be well-versed in SharePoint's out-of-the-box capabilities and passionate about extending SharePoint's functionality to enhance communication and eCommerce capabilities. They will have excellent architectural and design skills, be a strong verbal and written communicator and will succeed in a fast-paced agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create complex and sophisticated solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010, Windows SharePoint Services, Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer as well as various other .NET components
• Collaborate with SharePoint Administrator and Web Producers to successfully initiate, deliver, implement, and support Microsoft SharePoint installations
• Use SharePoint to meet communication, collaboration, content and community needs and to develop solutions that address specific business needs more quickly than custom application development
• Partner with web producer team to create and maintain standards for website navigation, content and look and feel; Act as a corporate coach/advocate of these standards across the organization
• Create, update, and support user interface and page content across all internal and external websites
• Participate in the creation and implementation of web strategy
• Provide SharePoint development leadership and subject matter expertise to web production and .net development teams

Qualifications:

• Three or more (3+) years experience using SharePoint Server 2007 to develop internal and external-facing company SharePoint Sites required; hands on experience with SharePoint 2010 desired
• Proven experience migrating a company’s pre-existing intranet and/or extranet content to a SharePoint platform required
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint's out of the box capabilities and how to properly extend SharePoint’s functionality; mastery of SharePoint components including templates, content management, workflows, user authentication/authorization and web parts (using .net technologies) required
• Advanced skill using HTML, CSS, SharePoint Designer required
• Proven experience as a web design and content leader producing commercial (consumer), extranet and intranet websites preferred
• Proven proficiency using Microsoft technologies in the web environment preferred
• Two or more (2+) years experience with e.net development in multi-tier, multi-platform, high availability IIS based applications preferred
• Two or more (2+) years experience in C#; JavaScript; Visual Studio; ASP.Net preferred
• Three or more (3+) years experience writing and debugging SQL Server stored procedures preferred
• Two or more (2+) years experience in XML development preferred
• BA/BS in IT related field or equivalent work experience preferred
