    : Understanding of Microsoft and Java Operating Environments
    : Experience demonstrating understanding of relational database concepts and platforms, SQL syntax and query logic
    : Previous experience with methodologies utilized in the development and implementation of complex business applications
    : Experience with technical team leadership, project management and mentoring of junior technologists
    : Understanding of Software Engineering and Testing Methodologies
    : Java (.jsp, J2SE, EJB, JDBC, JMS, Java 1.2)
    : HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS
    : Apache Web Server, Tomcat, JBoss
    : Familiarity with UML and Use Cases
    : Relational Database Experience - Data Models, Data Management - Oracle preferred
    : Object Oriented Design and Development
    : SQL
    : PL-SQL

Experience-

    : 7 years of progressive experience in any job with duties involving software design, software engineering or software applications development
    : 2 Years experience in leading small to mid size teams

    : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
