From scratch front end development for Retail Sales and Marketing Applications

• This consultant would get the UI design and  would have to code from scratch, via HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Need to have worked on Java based apps
• Example of what they would be doing with JavaScript a" pop up graphs based on criteria entered by the user"
• They need to know or at least be familiar with ADA compliance
