RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure continued compliance with complex federal and state mandates.
  • Provide new business functionality to better meet marketplace demands and strengthen the foundational systems.
  • Receive NASCO training through formal classes and eLearning courses.
  • Analyze changing business needs and provide subject matter expertise to assist with the resolution of business problems.
  • Provide technical, operations and business expertise to effectively integrate healthcare solutions into the NASCO environments.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and the technical team at each step in the development lifecycle and manage customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement. 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with data analysis concepts and general knowledge of programming tools.
  • Gathering requirements and following the standard software development life cycle.
  • Handling multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
