JOB DESCRIPTION:

• ( Engineering , Radio design & Network optimization ) :
  • RFQ evaluation phase :
    • Deep experience in 3G (R99, HSPA)
    • UMTS network design and planning
    • Link budget calculation and analysis
    • UTRAN network architecture
    • knowledge on hardware (RNC, NodeB) configuration
    • Experience on RFP and RFQ process and evaluation

QUALIFICATION:

Masters or Electronics & Communication engineering or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS:

Professional / Technical Competence Experience:
Candidate MUST Have Excellent Radio, 3G experience, Normally obtained in 8-12 years
Definite PLUS: Prior OAM experience on ALU or NSN 3G Nodes a big plus.

HUMAN COMPETENCE:

Communication: Fluent and clear in communication. Problem Solving: Can solve complex problems independently.

BUSINESS COMPETENCE:

English: Good skills in reading and writing, French or Arabic skills will be a plus Customer Focus: Good understanding of the Customer’s business related to Managed services operations
Quality Focus: Has good knowledge of Quality process & procedures, importance of implementing
them.
