Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Supervisor

Work Schedule is 3-4 days a week 6 am – 6 pm.

Schedule changes weekly, typically Sun – Tues or Sun – Wed and the following week could be  Wed – Sat or Thurs – Sat.

Production Supervisor Position Summary:

Responsible for approximately 25 mostly hourly associates.  Supervise and coordinate the activities of very fast paced high volume production environment.  Responsible for meeting or exceeding operating goals and efficiencies in the areas of safety, production, and customer satisfaction. 

Requirements:

• Experience working in a high speed and fast paced environment.
• Experience with raw materials, aluminium or related materials, production equipment and processes such as stamping, forming, machining etc.   
• Experience with production planning, resource allocation, employee relations and leadership skills coordinating  people and resources.
• Experience with machines, tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. 

Primary Responsibilities:  

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate production and process associates.
• Work with charts, work orders, maintenance, and production schedules in  a fast paced high volume production environment meeting customer requirements.  
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences.
• Materials, product, and equipment inspection, defect identification and corrective action / problem solving. 
• Equipment operation safety and training. 
• Responsible for making sure all production, quality, and maintenance systems are in working order.
