Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We have an amazing opportunity for ambitious, self-motivated individuals who are graduates or of graduate calibre with previous sales experience, to join a leading Global recruitment company!

Our client specialises in recruiting highly qualified IT candidates into companies that require their skills such as Ernst and Young and Deloitte. They are currently looking for success-driven inividuals to join their rapidly expanding team based in the City.

The role is all about building strong relationships with clients, generating business and developing a candidate base. As a Trainee you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates, to managing the interview process and closing deals. You will start an in-depth training programme, working closely with the Learning and Development Team helping to fasttrack your career.

Incentives:
Competitive basic salary £18,000 - £25,000 + uncapped commission;
Average 1st year OTE of between £35,000- £55,000; rising to £100K+ in your 2nd year

What we are looking for:
You must be a graduate, or of graduate calibre, money-motivated with an entrepreneurial flair and a strong work ethic. Previous sales experience would be advantageous.
