Job Description

Our client has an immedidate need for Systems Analyst/Deskside Support professionals This is a one year contract and there are two positions. 

Support  technology tools and platforms to ensure availability of IT services for Investment Division staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Provisioning user access to business applications
  • Implements technology-based business solutions.
  • Acts as project participant in many technology initiatives delivering services to investment customers.
  • Identify and propose solutions to issues that could affect customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in providing end-user support for technology systems using the available technologies (off the shelf/in-house systems).

Qualifications

  • Business, Computer Science or equivalent degree.
  • 2+ years experience providing technology support to business professionals.
  • 2+ years experience with core technology platforms (e.g. Windows OS, TCP/IP networking, Lotus Notes, incl. MSAccess).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of technical troubleshooting framework.
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills. Experience in delivering and creating training is an asset. Knowledge of Investments Management Industry.
