Our client is looking for a Sr Business Analyst who will gather and define functional requirements from healthcare business users, help user area perform business process re-engineering, translate functional requirements into technical specifications. This position will serve as the dedicated financial performance analyst providing routine and ad hoc analytical reports. This may include analysis, review, evaluation and related maintenance and monitoring activities, actively seeking improvement opportunities and providing operationg and/or capital budget development support as needed.

Required:

* Must have at least 3 years of analysis experience

* Must have several years of healthcare business

* Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Will have an extremely high level of interaction with business and technical staff (executive to entry level)

* Bachelors Degree.

Plus:

* Data analysis experience

* Experience using SQL or report writers (i.e. Crystal, Hyperion, etc) to query and analyze data for accuracy.
