Job Summary:
The Chief Nursing Officer will provide nursing leadership and strategic direction for the nursing services of our Acute and Residential Programs. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all nursing services offered at the facility. Successful candidates will have demonstrated leadership success in driving quality measures and best practices, achieving outstanding patient satisfaction and employee engagement in a psychiatric or behavioral healthcare hospital setting. Reporting to the CEO, this position is also responsible for supervising Infection Control, Staff Development, Pharmacy, Patient Advocacy, and championing our organizational-wide patient safety initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration required
- Current RN, Nurse Practitioner, or CNS license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management nursing role
- Psychiatric experience a plus
