Job Description:

• System Analyst with application development, configuration and maintenance experience using BMC
• Remedy for Trouble Ticket Management - Telecommunications. Telecom/Network/OSS/Service Assurance background preferred.
• Solution also contains Operations Service and Support Suite (OS3).

Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies  

• Application Development, configuration, and maintenance using BMC Remedy – 5 years or more
• Operations and Service Support Suite (OS3) – 2 years or more
• Telecom OSS – Service Assurance Experience – 2 years or more
• Network Trouble Ticket Management in North America ILEC – 1 year or more
• NICE TO HAVE: Network Trouble Ticket Management in North America ILEC
