- System Analyst with application development, configuration and maintenance experience using BMC
- Remedy for Trouble Ticket Management - Telecommunications. Telecom/Network/OSS/Service Assurance background preferred.
- Solution also contains Operations Service and Support Suite (OS3).
Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies
- Application Development, configuration, and maintenance using BMC Remedy – 5 years or more
- Operations and Service Support Suite (OS3) – 2 years or more
- Telecom OSS – Service Assurance Experience – 2 years or more
- Network Trouble Ticket Management in North America ILEC – 1 year or more
