They recruit for all levels from shop floor to senior appointments and take every measure possible to ensure that the recruitment process is positive for all involved by removing the stress and uncertainty.
They are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You must have experience of recruitment and may be from any sector as training will be provided to aid your development into an engineering consultant. Your experience must be within a permanent environment. It is essential that you have an understanding of the 360 requirements of recruitment and although your experience may be limited, you must be eager and enthusiastic about the role. This position has arisen from the company’s desire to considerably increase their size and as such this would be a perfect opportunity for an ambitious consultant to make waves and move up the ranks within an evolving business. You will be highly motivated and able to manage your time efficiently. Happy to be on the phone developing the business, you will be a confident communicator and will be a master of the art of persuasion. A hard working and outgoing individual with a strong head for business and quick grasp would be a welcome applicant.
The successful candidate will receive a good salary based on you experience, excellent commission structure with a low threshold.
