Operations Team Leader - Production Supervisor

Requirements:

Degree not required but preferred

At least 5 years of management experience

At least one year aerospace / aviation experience (preferably aviation parts repair)

Must be willing to work overtime and must be willing to work 3 weekends a month (will average 3-4 hrs on Saturday and Sunday)

Supervise 20-30 FAA repair technicians / processors

Experience holding production meetings

Versed in safety and a champion of safety procedures

At least 2 years experience with Lean Manufacturing / 5s

60% time will be spent on floor at several different manufacturing cells daily
