Assist the client to modernize their existing case management and financial system. Identify and document requirements using the Unified Process methodology to replace the existing client server solution with an Internet based application. Phased implementation with possibility for add on each fiscal year
 
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
 
Need a business analyst to conduct requirements analysis, document use cases and prepare test plans/test cases for a public sector agency. Must be detailed oriented with good oral and writing skills. Ability to work independently a must. Knowledge of Unified Process a benefit. Knowledge of child welfare or other health and human services case management tools a plus.
Required skills:
 
 

3 years' of experience in Business Analysis - Requirements Gathering
3 years' of experience in Test Management - Test Plan Creation
3 years' of Java/J2EE
3 years' of experience in development of Use Cases
1 year of experience in Frameworks / Tools - Business Rules Development (Drools)
 
Additional comments:
 
Must have good oral and writing skills. Familiarity with child welfare or other HHS Programs a benefit. Ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of the Unified Process beneficial.
