Salesforce CRM Solution Architect
Come and join a highly successful and growing team of CRM Solution Architects as a fulltime employee. You will function as a project and technical lead on smaller projects, and work with a dedicated project manager on larger projects. You will meet with and work with clients to identify their business requirements and design business processes as well as excellent systems solutions. This includes planning and documenting key project stages, from requirements and system specifications to deployment, testing, and acceptance plans. You will analyze and migrate existing client data from various platforms: Access, Excel, Filemaker, etc. and ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at sector-leading levels of quality and client satisfaction. This requires maintaining high levels of current skills in software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture, solution design, and Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Experienced in deploying CRM solutions to multiple clients as well as designing and deploying business applications. Must have deep CRM technical skills, strong requirements gathering, analysis skills and documentation capability along with CRM solution design skills. A 4 year degree and 2+ years implementing, configuring, and administering CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com; Salesforce.com certification preferred.. Extensive experience designing and implementing database-driven business applications with MS-SQL, Oracle, mySQL, etc. Extensive experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools into a client solution. Experience with data migration practices, ETL tools, and enterprise integration technologies. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle a number of different tasks simultaneously.
