My Client is a leading Integrated FM Service Provider, based in Dubai and I am recruiting a strong experienced Facilities Manager.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for both Hard and Soft Services for large Residential buildings.

Residential, mixed use communities are a strong advantage. Is also required to have worked for at least 8 years, for a Contractor or a Service Provider. My client is looking for experienced candidates that have worked on buildings with a large capacity of members of the public.

Technical Degree or Facilities Management Qualification are preferred, however if you have a HND/HNC you will also be considered.

Candidates MUST be in the UAE or neighbouring countries.
