I am recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager for a prestigious Developer based in Saudi Arabia.

The chosen candidate will handle an important, large and mixed portfolio of properties (villas, hotels, malls/retail) and will be responsible for:

-         Delivering of facilities;

-         Managing successfully a large number of subcontractors contracts;

-         Developing the best cost efficient system.

The ideal candidate has worked either for contractors and consultants, with at least 10 years of experience.

Candidates with GCC experience are preferred, the role will be based in Saudi Arabia.
