Need expert-level knowledge of Linux, Backup and Storage (Tivoli) tools and Networking and a proven high-level client support experience level.
This opportunity requires someone with Backup Application experience, TSM especially with a very strong customer service background. Proven client –facing success and a strong emphasis on careful listening and support to clients’ needs are a requirement. This role is critical to the continued rapid growth of the company. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment where everyone has a voice, and the opportunity for growth is very strong.

Skills that would be ideal include backup products like Symantec BUE & NBU and EMC Legato Networker. Superior communication skills a must, such as work as an Account Manager/Executive within a Professional services company .
• Provide remote support services to clients, partners and field personnel
• Startup experience preferred, or at least a strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
2 years Linux and Windows Administration and maintenance experience
Strong system trouble shooting skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong account management skills
Able to work closely with all levels of customers, internal engineers and management on complex issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Backup Applications (BackupExec, ARCserv, Netbackup, Galaxy, TSM)
Can read scripts and code (Perl and shells)
Networking and networked storage technologies
