Job Description



A commis chef position is the ideal job for someone fresh out of culinary school. It is a junioror apprentice chef position, and provides the novice chef with an invaluable opportunity to learn about working in every area of the kitchen.


Requirements and Responsibilities:

·         Having professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course

·         Experience in a similar standard and size operation at similar role level is an advantage

·         Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) · Good level in English essential

·         Ability to speak intermediate level of Kurdish or Arabic is an advantage 

About the Hotel:

5* Hotel will open its doors soon, aiming to provide hospitality services of the highest standards, to all its guests. The Hotel will offer 123 spacious guest rooms, 12 suites and one presidential suite. The hotel also features a lobby lounge area, two executive floors with executive lounge, fitness center with indoor swimming pool and upscale dining with an all-day restaurant, private dining and a bar restaurant in the roof top of the hotel. Last but not least, the hotel?s 700 square meters of meeting space, establish the hotel in Erbil as the ideal venue for business meetings, conferences and various social events.
