Experience Level:  5 – 7 Yrs

Role: WPF Tech Lead

Role & Responsibilities:

•       As a TL, assist in technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, system integration testing, user acceptance testing

•       Provide technical mentoring, expertise and guidance to the team

•       Involved in code and design walkthrough

Skills & Experience Required:

• Should have 5-7 years of experience which the last 2 year should be in the role of a tech lead.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience
• In design and development  of Portal based applications
• Should have designed and built applications around IBM WebSphere Portal Server and used Portlet Factory
• Understanding and Knowledge on Portal Platform, CMS Systems, open-source technologies and architectures
• Should have good understanding of J2EE, Database technologies
• Good understanding of UML
• Candidate should be able and willing to travel abroad on short notices and be flexible to work from multiple locations as per need of business.

Role: WebSphere Portlet Factory Server (WPF) – Developer

•       Must be a good team player with demonstrable experience in WebSphere Portal Server projects

•       Demonstrable hands-on experience in

o       Developing portlets using WebSphere Portlet Factory

o       Experience Accessing Web Services from WebSphere Portlet Factory

o       Comfortable with WPF Best Practices

o       Comfortable with WPF development Guidelines

o       Able to write efficient WPF code from a performance perspective

o       Abel to write efficient WPF code from a memory consumption perspective

o       Familiar with WPF Design Patterns

o       Comfortable with WPF Profiling

o       Comfortable with the WPF IXml API

o       Capable to expose WPF profiling at the Portal Server in all levels

o       Java, JSP, HTML,  JavaScript, AJAX, Dojo, XML

•       Good problem solving skills

•       Hands on experience with WebSphere Portal server from a Portlet Developer’s perspective

o       Understand Portlet Life Cycle

o       Portlet Wiring

o       Users & Group  Permissions

o       Resource Permissions

o       Page configuration

o       Portal Theme

•       Knowledgeable with the entire Software Development Life Cycle

•       Good communication Skills.

•       Ability to follow up on any task
