Enthusiastic – Independent - Experienced PHP Developer cum Project Coordinator having excellent Debugging, Trouble Shooting, Problem Solving & Leadership Skills. Required for Specific Development Team which will be closely working with US Marketing Team, necessitating the Development Team to work in NIGHT SHIFT - 8 PM to 5 AM.

Job Description: Lead PHP Developer cum Project Coordinator

• To create a road map for projects from requirement gathering and project assessment to final deployment. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering from client, analysis of the same and providing feedback, queries and recommendations to client and determining the scope of work. Proposal preparation based on client requirements, closing the deal, project management and project execution based on agreed milestones.

• To work on standalone basis. To Design the Database and Development of complex modules within the project. Documenting the source code as well as project modules.

• To ensure that best programming practices as per company standards are implemented in the modules developed.

• Working closely with the superior authorities & team mates to establish needs & specify the development work.

• To manage the client accounts. To handle multiple projects and clients at a time.

• Participate in client focus groups to understand client’s needs and offer solutions.

• To participate in all phases of Web Development Cycle -right from the requirement gathering, project assessment, and execution to final deployment.

• To remain updated with the latest technologies & new features in the web domain.

• Constant encouragement to the team and try building team spirit.

1. Lead PHP Developer & Project Coordinator for NIGHT SHIFT 8 PM to 5 AM (Only Male) : Who will be shouldering the responsibility of Lead PHP Developer (independent coding) as well as Coordinating for the Project with Team & Client.

Required Experience :

• Candidate should have at-least 3 Yrs of experience in Web Development (PHP) with 1 year in Project Coordination or as Project Leader for the position of Lead PHP Developer & Project Coordinator

• Should possess strong experience in Programming & Database Architecture.

Required Skills for Lead PHP Developer

• Server Side Technology: Expert in PHP, My-SQL, Smarty Framework, AJAX
• Client Side Technology: Javascript, jQuery, DHTML, HTML, XHTML, CSS
• Messaging & Protocols: XML, JSON, WebServices and APIs
• Should have Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge or exposure to the following open source tools like WordPress, Joomla, OS Commerce, X-Cart, Zen Cart, Drupal, Typo 3 & SugarCRM will be preferable.
• Experience in developing Shopping Carts, CRM is highly desirable.

Generic Skills for Project Coordinator:

• Excellent communication skill is a must.
• Experience in managing International clients-projects is a must.
• Should have good exposure in All phases of Web Development Cycle – right from the requirement gathering, project assessment, and execution to final deployment.
• Should be able to provide techno – functional support to project teams for multiple projects.(ASP.Net | PHP | Mobile Platform)
• Should possess strong interpersonal skill for managing multiple teams working on multiple projects.
• Should be flexible to work for long hours based on the situations.
