Relevant Experience (Yrs)

:

6 to 8 Years of experience in SAP CRM & ECC with a minimum of 2 end to end Service & Interaction Center implementations in SAP CRM.At least 1 implementation Experience in CRM 7.0

Necessary Skills

:

• At least 2 years as a Functional Lead in large engagements with multiple interfaces
• SAP CRM Web Interaction Center and SAP CRM Service
• Good Communications skills

Desired Skills

• Knowledge on Case Management
• SAP CRM Sales and Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

:

• Gather requirements
• Work closely with the solution architect  for solutioning
• Hands on configuration
• Guide and help the  team

Generic Managerial Skills

:

• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
